Drip Vs DWC

Hi everyone,
I was wondering which system is more economical & efficient in terms of saving nutrients and speeding up harvest?

Anyone there who can share their experience?

And I've never done drip hydroponics, so i was wondering how much water should I feed my cilantro and tomato plants if I drip 5- 6 times a day at 2 minute intervals?
