Default Kratky Method Nutrient Issue

I am new to hydroponics and am currently using the Kratky method in my basement. I am using a 5-6-27 fertilizer with a 15.5-0-0 CaN and Epson salts. my ratios are 2g fertilizer, 2g CaN and 1g epson.
My problem is growth is very slow and my lettuce leaves are not firm at all.

Would love some guidance from all you expertise.

Cheers

Typical results from the so called Kratky method. An air pimp is cheep, and costs just pennies a month to run. I would start there. An air pump will fix many problems with the so called Kratky method.
