is it possible to have a room in a room
Ron your sight is truly amazing... is it possible to have a room in a room that is vented to fresh air kinda sorta through the rest of the house, my question is can i due this without cutting a hole in the cieling and venting. i have a air purifier and ozone whatevernmagig and odor is not a problem so is it possible? there is always a window open. thanks, Duke.

Yes You can build a room with that Celotex insulation sheets and 2X4s. You can use the house cooling system to cool the room or place a small air-conditioned in the built room with a fan to exhaust the hot air from the larger room. You can place the air-conditioner in front of an open window instead of hanging out the window.
