Antique Chandler Adjustable Child School Cast Iron Wood Chair An antique adjustable child\'s chair - patent date 1892? made by Chandler Co. of Boston Massachusetts. This chair is wood (presumably oak) and has an adjustable black cast iron base (presently \"frozen\"). The cast iron base of the chair is marked \"THE ROULSTONE\" \"Chandler Adjustable Chair and Desk Co. Boston Mass\" and the patent date of 1892 or 1896( date is somewhat difficult to read). It has 6 holes around the base for securing it to the floor. The chair shows signs of wear and age, but remains a very cool piece of history. Please see photos.
