SHIPPING:
In general, any orderplaced before 3 pm EDT will be processed by the next business day. Tracking will be uploaded about a day later. Itis a manual process for us so even if you do not see tracking in immediately,it does not mean your order has not been processed. Many of our items are very large and heavy sologistically preparing them for shipping with Fedex is not as simple as puttinga label on a box and carrying it to a drop-off center. Items may ship from Florida, California, SouthCarolina or Tennessee depending on inventory levels and shipping issues. We reserve the right to ship from any ofthose locations. For this reason, the estimated delivery date – while generallyvery accurate – is still only an ESTIMATE.Please contact us directly if you have any questions or concerns aboutshipping and delivery of your item.
Sincemany items ship in original manufacturer’s packaging and are VERY heavy, onrare occasions, the item may arrive damaged by Fedex. The best thing to do isto refuse it as damaged on the spot. However, since this is not alwayspossible, we will always replace an item damaged in shipping at no cost (if weare notified immediately) by providing a return label if needed and shipping areplacement when it is returned back. We only ask that you keep in touch andobviously realize that we cannot control how Fedex handles the package after wegive it to them.
Fedexships Monday through Friday only but somedelivery may arrive on Saturday.

BACKORDERED ITEMS:
While rare, it does happensometimes that our suppliers cannot provide the item in a timely fashion. Whenthis happens, you will be notified with an estimated delivery date. You will have the option for a full andimmediate refund or to have the item ship when it is available. Again, this israre and due to the great value and demand for our items.
SALES TAX:
Several states are now requiring us to collect sales tax for items shipped intothat state. Rest assured this is a complete administrative hassle and waste oftime for us.
