These military bars aretwice as heavy as steel and50% heavier (denser) than lead and completely safe (unless dropped on foot).
Almost the same weight as Gold, Tungsten is used in hundreds of products from lightbulbs, cellphone vibrators, airplanes, ship ballast and keels, race cars, tennis racquets, golf clubs, sound and vibration dampers, armor piercing and antitank munitions, etc..etc.. even holds pens and pencils, and a great paperweight also.....see photo.
These bars are an alloy of approx. 90% Tungsten with the other 10% being approx. 6% Nickel and 2% each Copper and Iron.These are not the lighter Tungsten Caroffere alloy.
