Game is permanently set at Level 8.Since the off/on button is not available, simply removing 1 battery shuts down the computer, installing the battery turns the game on. 4 AA batteries needed and are included. Press the NEW GAME BUTTON and start enjoying the game. One white pawn is missing and the top of the white king is missing. 1 black and 2 red checker pieces are missing.
