I am selling this saddle for a friend who showed Arabs several years ago. This saddle is stamped: 6235 - Keyston-since 1868 - with the running buffalo logo. The leather is in excellent shape everywhere - supple but heavy duty. Seat is soft with no cracks. The Sheepskin is in great condition and needs no work. The tree appears solid & straight - I measure it at 6.75\" across from concho to concho. Total skirt length is 24\". The stirrups are 7\" high x 6\" wide with a footbed of 5\". Tooled & buckstitching on one side of the stirrups.Complete with latigo, off billet & leather rear cinch assembly. Please do not hesitate to ask questions about any of the details. When I sell valuable saddles like this, I want to be sure the buyer is completely satisfied - it is important to the saddle owner that their saddle goes to a home that will appreciate it.
This saddle doesn\'t need any work or repairs to ride - appears to be all original parts. A couple of cosmetic issues can be seen. It was stored for several years and has a little bit of mildew. Behind the seat, one of the conchos is bent with the area around it slightly crumpled and roughed up. The horn has some rough areas and the \"silver\" horn cap has dents in it. Offers will be considered. All information about the saddle in this listing is to the best of my knowledge. Saddle is sold \"as is\". The weight of the saddle to ship as pictured is estimated to be approx 43 pounds. I would ship this saddle UPS Ground unless USPS or some other carrier is less expensive. I estimate the shipping cost to be $75 to the continental US, includes the packaging material. Insurance is included as part of the handling cost.
