M1905Springfield Armory 1915 dated 16\" Bayonet Solid bayonet blade witha good sharp edge and point, Slight roughness toward the point and fine peppery pitting.Looks to be a WW!! rework as can be seen by the grips.Blade is in good condition, finish fading somewhat, probably a refinish, but no rust, corrosion, or other problemsGrips are solid with no cracks or chips and the release work as as it should. Blade is 15 3/4\". Not a museum piece, just a typical usedbayonet.
