This is a really rare collectable. It is a Wilde Tool Company parade style long bayonet. The blade itself is 16\" long and it is chromed for parade dress. The handle has the distinct black rectangle that Wilde Tool did with their bayos. The handle is in great shape. The push button release still works. The blade is marked WT the flaming bomb and US 1943. The marking is nice and deep. The handguard is marked with the initial WT. The scabbard is also in very good condition with the original factory green and the belt hook. The scabbard is marked USN MK-1.I have added more pics to the listing. I left the original collectors price tag on the bayo, the asking price was 700. My reserve is much less!
