Small packeteconomy does not include insurance or tracking. This means if your parcel islost in transit you will not be refunded for your item (should you choose thismethod of shipping).
During themonths from January to September I am happy to ship using this service, as thepost office is not overwhelmed with high volumes of parcels to process throughtheir customs office. During the busy holiday months from October to December Irecommend shipping using tracking and insurance. Tracking and Insurance givesboth of us peace of mind and a relaxed and comfortable transaction. (Pleasenote I only offer “Small Packet Economy Air “with parcels valuing $25.00 andunder)

Both trackedpacket and expedited parcel include insurance and tracking. If your parcel islost during transit you will receive a full refund. This is my preferred methodof shipping.
Overseasinternational shipping
I suggestusing “Canada Post, International Air” as the delivery is much faster… usually14 days (depending on your customs office). There are other options foroverseas but please check with me before offerding as the prices varydepending on size of item, value of item andweight of parcel.
Canada domestic shipping
All parcelsshipped within Canada will include tracking and will be sent regular parcelservice unless you specifically request expedited.
