This most likelywould have been a party favorfromthe 1917REXMardi Gras Ball in New Orleans. The bottom of the vase has a smooth chip. It is not verynoticeable other than the fact that it looks like the silver is missing.If you look closely at the pictures, itcan be seen. It displays well. A beautiful vase that is in overall verygood conditionfor nearly 100 years old. A great piece of history from New Orleans, Louisiana.
