This is the 1964 INARCO JAPAN Jacqueline Kennedy Mourning Head Vase. In researching this item, I found that it was made in Cleveland, Ohio and the number is E1755 (a portion of this number can be seen on the bottom rim).
This porcelain head vase has a satin matte finish and is all white. I don\'t know if it would have been painted later or if it was meant to be white.
It stands 6 1/4 in. high in front and 3 7/8 in. high in back. Even without the features being painted, it is clearly Jackie Kennedy. There are a couple slightly rough areas on the rim, but no other condition issues. It will be very carefully bubble wrapped for shipment.
