Vintage bamboo 3 piece fly rod with both tips and updates. Marked \"Canadian\" in typical H-I script, and original reel seat was the cheap H-I type so I suspect this was an Horrocks-Ibottson model perhaps made for Speigel. As the reel seat was loose when I purchased it and given the class of fish I expected to fish for I replaced the reel seat with a more robust version which could take a fighting butt. It could likely take a longer rear handle to make nearly 10\' two handed rod. Comes with two ATC screw-in fighting butts, plug, and vintage rod tube. I\'ve cast it with 9wt Rio Outbound line with good result.
