*NEW* Airband LNA preamplifier, with airband band pass filter aviation RTL SDR:
$44.99

Airband low noise amplifier with integrated band pass filter, Aircraft PCBMain features: - RF gain: +16.5 dB (117-137MHz)- Extremely flat pass band: only 0.1 dB ripple- Very low noise figure: 0.45 dB @ 125 MHz- High attenuation for FM broadcast and for PMR band - Wide power supply range: 4.5-15 VDC, phantom power (4.5-15V) also can be used through the coaxial cable + USB power - Low power consumption: < 100mA (60mA @ 5V)- SMA female connectors- Input/Output impedance: 50 Ohm - On-board power indicator LEDs (red and green LEDs at the end of the wings) - Aircraft PCB
Circuit was designed to use as a high quality, low noise, high gain amplifier for the airband (117-137 MHz).This preamplifier has improved noise figure and RF gain, compared to my cheaper, older LNA.As an extra feature, an onboard band pass filter is integrated onto the circuit board, tuned between 117 and 137 MHz. This way signals below 110 MHz and above 145 MHz are strongly attenuated, so reception in the airband will be more clear and non-disturbed. Commercial FM broadcast transmitters and radio amateur\'s PMR radios are filtered very well.
You can power the circuit with any standard power supply, with output voltage between 7 and 15 VDC. A more simple way to power the LNA is using the coaxial cable itself (phantom power), or using a standard cell phone charger with USB micro cable (or you can use your PC, LapTop to pwer the LNA as well). Applying phantom power supply, you can place the LNA right next to the antenna, and have maximum SNR.
The shape of the PCB makes this LNA really unique and special.
Please note, that this LNA is not suitable for transmitters, you can use it only with receivers, tuners, or with transceivers in rx mode. If you connect the circuit to a transmitter, the RF power will demage the LNA.
Package includes:- 1 piece of assembled and tested aircraft shaped LNA for the airband- 1 piece of printed user manual in English
