This fabulous hard -to- find doll is from 1949 for Horsman. She is \"Cry Baby\" and cries using her key wind-up mechanism. Turn the key (be careful not to overwind)and she cries when you lie her down and stops crying when you pick her up. A very unique mama doll considering her key still works!! She measures 21\" and has a compo head, cloth body and vinyl limbs. Her mohair wig in still in the original set and her face is bright with no crazing, splits or odors. She has sleep eyes with all lashes present. Her cloth body has some spotting but no tears or odors. She wears her ORIGINAL soft pink dress with lace trim (one sleeve needs new elastic). She wears her Original matching hat. It appears that the doll was possibly never played with but stored well. Please feel free to ask questions and thanks for looking.
