Antique 11-1/2\" First Series Portrait Jumeau Bebe doll Blue Spiral Threaded Blue Glass set Paperweight set eyes, circa 1877 to 1883.

No damage and no repair.

Original Straight Wrist Jumeau Body marked on back Jumeau Medaille d\'or Paris with the original finish, and only very slight wear here and there due to age. Beautifully proportioned body of these early babe\'s with large hands and straight wrists typical of the first Series Dolls.

High quality pressed bisque head is in perfect condition, with a darling face you will love !! Incredibly and meticulously painted facial features, finely feathered brows, delicately painted upper and lower lashes, closed mouth with outlined lips and with soft cheek color. Marked low on neck with a number 4 which is correct for a Portrait Jumeau.

Original lambswool skin wig that is in excellent condition for it\'s age, these dolls originally came with the skin/fur wigs but most are gone, this one is still in tact and really looks sweet on her. If you prefer a mohair or human hair wig you can place it on top of this original wig.

Dressed as found in darling all antique clothes, cute eyelet jumper over a shirt and does have a matching bonnet, antique under set, antique leather shoes and socks.
