ok i know nothing about train tools.
i was told this is a spike and pick tool for rail roads work i do not know for sure .
it dose have a name on it and the weight it says 31/2 lb. and then a name above that but i can not read it with my bad eyes
.see photos for more info.it is 11 inch long and it is 3 1/2 pounds like it is marked.
