18” Hand Made Silk Brocade Kimono Figure Doll Geisha 1.5Feet Tall Vintage Antique
I am told that this may have been made by the world famous Japanese doll maker, Yoshitoku, but I am not sure. I don\'t see any tags or maker\'s marks.
This listing is for one doll. This is one of several similardolls in my store with more coming.
The quality of these estate sale figurines is outstanding.There is no dust, stains or fading. They appear to have been treasured by theirowner. I’ve never seen such beautiful colorful silk and brocade cloth.Condition is excellent. I took photos from every angle.
This lovely doll is attached to a base. There is a little drum ofsome kind beside her. It has some dried glue on it like it may have beenattached to the base or to the doll at some point. There is a comb in her hair.The clothing is affixed to her in some way so that it cannot be adjusted. Her head and hands look like bisque porcelain but are not. I am notsure what they are made from.
Height = 18 inches
Base = 6” x 8”
