It is our goal to ship all items within one business day of cleared payment. We typically ship 9:00 AM Monday through 3:00 PM Friday. Any condition expressed is only an opinion. Please refer to the photos, they are generally pretty good.
SHIPPING: All listings ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail within the US. Lower value items that ship for $.45 and most items that ship for FREE ship in a well disguised stamped envelope without a tracking number but is still First Class (maximum 2 coins per envelope). If you want a tracking number, select USPS First Class Package which will ship in a padded mailer with delivery confirmation and will usually arrive a day or two sooner. You will still pay much less than our cost. Items that ship for $2.60 or more ship with tracking First Class or Priority. We will combine shipping whenever possible (though rarely, sometimes it isn\'t) but please request it or wait before paying so we have time to adjust the invoice. We pay the insurance if used and pay the return shipping if you return the item. We can ship up to 10 small cents, nickels, and/or dimes for $2.60.
Rare as it is, the USPS does damage, lose, and delay delivery of mail. All packages are properly addressed and posted. Neither we nor anyone else besides the USPS has any control over what happens to a package after it is mailed. If a coin is shipped with a tracking number, please check the tracking info before contacting us about a delayed shipment. You have access to exactly the same tracking info. Most are simply delayed rather than lost. If your item is lost or delayed more than 14 days by the post office, you will be reimbursed or offered a replacement if we have one. Don\'t worry, whatever happens, we\'ll work something out. See return policy.
We have been world coin collectors for over 50 years and are reasonably good at grading. Any known defects will be disclosed that are not apparent in the photos that can affect the grade and will sometimes explain what feature(s) determine it. If you are not familiar with what \"details\" means it means the coin shows grade details but has noticeable problems otherwise. Even so, if after you receive the coin, you wish to return it FOR ANY REASON, just send an email and return of the item will be arranged. Other than some large lots, all coins sell with a 14 day money back return guarantee.
When the grade of a coin is stated, always keep in mind, it\'s just an opinion and is intended for reference purposes only. We rely on the ANA standards and have many certified coins to compare.
