Travel back intime with this vintage clarinet. It is marked L. Hamel, Paris. I couldn\'t learn much of anything about L. Hamel. I assume it\'s a stencil, but don\'t recognize the maker. It is made of grenadilla wood. G. Pruefer (Providence, Rhode Island) mouthpiece. All the corking is present and in fair, but old, shape. All the keyworks, springs and mechanisms work. I\'m reasonably guessing that it\'s from the 1940s or 1950s. It has likely not been serviced in many a long year. Though it seems functional, it would likely benefit from servicing. Comes in what appears to be the original, which is actually in good, but worn, condition. Also comes with a lyre, a stack of old reeds, cork grease, and a cleaning rag. If anybody knows anything about L. Hamel clarinets, please let me know.
