This listing is for a HOWDY DOODY ventriloquist doll made by Ideal Toys. This is the \"dressed\" version, made in the mid-1950s. It issculpted with an amazing likeness to the real Howdy Doody puppet, featuring glass sleep eyes and lifelike lashes. The mouth opens and closes using apull-string located behind the neck. The figure is approximately 20\" tall. It is made with hard plastic head, rubber hands, and realistic clothing. Includes original \"Howdy Doody\" boots, which are usually missing.
