This is a rare Scripto Vu-Lighter from 1960\'s in good condition.This is the smaller size Scripto, and has a black colored band.

      Inside there is one bright doublesided sided  placards visible from both sides. It reads on both sides: \"Mutual Finance Co.\" Loans to $600,000 Homeowned, Mortgages, Contracts, Anything. Phone 223-4601 608 Tampa St. It has been well used and tank is a little cloudy and the wheel is loose. Great graphics and a rare lighter to come by.
