True Story, I own a cleaning Service Been In the business over 26 Years. I have over 32 Customers that I clean each Month. Been with my Customers from 14 to 21 years. They\'re long term accounts. 6 years ago I started a small Yard sale at my home being I live on National Pike Historical Road. every year we have a huge historical sale runs all the way down Route 40 From Ohio to Maryland Hundreds of miles. So when my Customers found out they started to give me stuff to build my Sale. One of my customers father deceased they asked me to clear out a house out an clean it for them. So from that point I told all my customers what I did So As their Parents or family Member has Passed Away. They offered me the job an they take the items they want. Rest is left to me so me an my Husband Spend Days to Completely empty the house then Clean from top to bottom to get the house ready to go on the market. All the stuff that is giving to me is the payment of hauling it out an detailing the house. Trust me my Customers don\'t worry about the Value of items they\'re just happy to not be so stressed over the house anymore, Just happy to get the house sold. So all of the items listed are most likely Used and you will probably be the 2nd Owner. I list everything to the best I can an the way I see it. I do not go bye others prices on . You can most likely offer at the price you want. I only will look it up to try an figure out the category to list it under. So I think this is even better then you getting something I buy from an Estate Sale or sale. Or me buying to resale. Because I\'m not looking to make top dollar on these items. Trust The items I list on here is just what I think are unique. An to help me with extra money. I only do the yard sale once a month in May, June & July.
