This is a beautiful and rare Madame Alexander Cissy Melanie doll.  She has her tagged dress, lace jacket, slip, panties, stockings and silver shoes.  She also wears a ring. She has a few yellowish and light pink spots to her face, and a few hard to notice dingy spots to her dress - see photos. Otherwise she looks beautiful and is excellent overall!
