She has LARGE black andorange glass eyes which hold a lot of emotions. The doll has very beautiful, shiny blond hair with Headband. On the back of the head it says “Hasbro, 1965”. Herhand was molded so that when extended, she appeared to be begging. Shewas marketed as an orphan who just needed someone to love her. Asquoted in the original advertising: \"I need someone to love me. I want to learn to play. Please take me home with you and brush my tear away\".
Thedollis15” tall, comes from a non-smoking home. She has a big TEAR drop under her left eye. She will arrive wearing her ORIGINAL Burlap Dress with ORIGINAL Pin and New Underpants. Her headband is new. Her body and limbs are in excellent condition with no markings, cracks or bite marks. Her hair shows signs of old age with some hair plugs missing.
