1991 Pair Of North Pacific Sleek Streek Rubber Powered Models-NIP BUT UNFLYABLE DUE TO FACTORY ERRORCondition: This is a pair of 1991 North Pacific balsa and plastic rubber-powered models...they are new in the package, but are factory errors-the freewheeling cam on the propeller was cast backwards, so the prop can only be wound in the wrong direction, and the planes don\'t fly with these props...the rubber motors are as hard as a rock, and are unusable-SO THESE WILL HAVE TO BE REPLACED FOR THE PLANES TO FLY...almost all the parts in the packages are in new condition, but NOTE THAT THE BALSA PARTS MAY BE WARPED-DUE TO THE AGE AND FACTORY ERRORS, THESE ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WITH NO RETURNS...the two packages being sold are sealed, however one has a small hole where the price tag was removed-the loose parts shown are from a different package AND ARE NOT INCLUDED...the plastic packages themselves are still sealed, but show wrinkling and surface wear, and one has a price tag.Description: These two balsa models are almost ready to fly kits (BUT THE PROPS MUST BE REPLACED BEFORE THE MODELS CAN BE FLOWN BECAUSE THE FREEWHEEL CAMS ARE REVERSED)...the wingspan is approximately 13\" and the model is about 9 3/4\" long when assembled...the model clips together, no glue or paint is necessary...these models are supposed to be assembled by ages 8 and up, but we recommend 10 and up due to the problems noted...these models do fly quite well when properly trimmed, but we cannot guarantee these particular models will fly at all...these airplanes were made in Korea by North Pacific after their merger with Comet Models.Notes: Great for curiosities or for a real challenge!If the thumbnail images do not load or enlarge, please refresh the page...if the photos still don\'t load, please let us know...we have just noticed that some of the thumbnail photos are not visible unless you click to enlarge the gallery photo-so please click to enlarge the gallery photo so you can see all of the thumbnails!
