CONDITION: These trains are in good condition with slight wear. They have some small scratches and the green boxcar has one missing door.
Please review all photos for condition. If there are any questions about the item listed that the description or the pictures don’t answer, please send us a message and we will do our best to answer you. Any new information either received or discovered during the sale or duration of an item, we will update the listing. We describe each item to the best of our ability and occasionally mistakes can be made in the listing as we are only human.

PAYMENTS: All payments must be made within seven days after the sale has ended. If this is a problem or you are offerding on another item that has not ended please let us know, or a nonpayment case may be opened. We do combine multiple items to save on postage.
Please be advised that all New York residence must pay sales tax unless you have a Resale Certificate which would require a ST-120 form to be filed with us.
SHIPPING: We will ship all items the cheapest way possible unless asked otherwise. We do combine shipments and discount shipping charges for multiple purchases, but please WAIT for a revised invoice before making any payments. We try to ship every day, although sometimes every other day. We take the time to package every item with care so that it makes it to you in the same condition as it was listed.
We are NOT responsible if the Post Office or UPS loses or damages a package that is NOT insured. Insurance if desired is extra! – On items over $100.00 we recommend taking the insurance. If you don\'t buy insurance and item is damage during shipping we can’t guarantee a full refund for returned items.
**INTERNATIONAL buyers: Due to numerous fraudulent and suspicious transactions we will only ship through the Global Shipping Program to international buyers.

RETURNS: Returns are accepted on all domestic shipped items unless stated otherwise. We are not responsible for return shipping charges unless there was an error in the listing of the item.
