RETURN POLICIES Any products that have been used, display excessive wear, are dirty, or other signs of prolonged use are not eligible for a refund, Please note that all product must be returned in the original, new, undamaged packaging for refund.
Returns must be sent via a reputable shipping company such as UPS, USPS or FedEx and must have a tracking number. After receiving the item, open a return within 30 days. Returns must be complete and in their original packaging. Customer must obtain an RMA number and return instructions prior to the return and pay for the shipping. We do not process any return without the RMA number.
