2005 CATERPILLAR D6R XL SERIES II

Owner has refurbished this machine after7 years in service at a wood fuel processing and storage facility. Refurbishmentgenerally included disassembly and cleaning of the entire undercarriage, enginecompartment components, and portions of the hydraulic system, then inspectionand testing where applicable. Parts with defects or excessive wear werereplaced, and all corrosion of metals was removed. The engine, transmission, anddrives where not rebuilt, but seals and gaskets in these major components werereplaced as needed.

The U-blade is 14 Ft W x 6 Ft H (4.25 mW x 1.8 m H), and generally applicable for materials with a density up toapproximately 2500 lbs / yd3 (1500 kg / m3). The operator controls provide4-Way positioning of the blade.

This machine is suitable for moving andstacking operations for loose, chopped, or chipped materials, including allcommon forms of waste, by-products, and stock found in agricultural, landfill,forestry, fiber processing, fuel yards, recycling, and mill operations.Approximately 30% of the operating hours were at idle during cold weather. Thismachine has an enclosed cab with ROPS, with heat and air conditioning, andexterior work lights with guards.

Engine is a 6-cylinder dieselCaterpillar C9 ACERT (US Tier III), 185HP/138KW, Arrangement 1693791.

Compression test in 2014 indicatedbalanced cylinder compression at 534 psi (3.68MPa) +/-4%. No faults or warningsin ECU.

Transmission is 3 Forward/3 Reversespeeds, Arrangement 2192622. Differential steering.

Undercarriage is Group 229-0947, withall new track components (links, seals, lubricant, 24\" wide shoes,

hardware, all supplied by Caterpillar),with the balance of components at approximately 30% wear or less.

Track idlers have been rotated.

Unit was maintained by owner per the Catschedules, with service and parts by local Cat dealer. SOS oil

analysis records are available.

Other new parts include:

- hydraulic, transmission, engine, andcoolant filters and fluids;

- air conditioning compressor, receiver,accumulator, hoses, and Freon;

- hydraulic hoses replaced as needed;

- equalizer bar bearings and seals;

- oil and hydraulic gaskets and seals asneeded;

- Cat OEM paint and decals;

- cab mats and glass as needed, and

- batteries.

Unit is available for inspection andoperation by appointment, near the Bangor, ME USA airport and I-95,

generally Monday through Thursday.
