I try to note any major defects in the packaging, but almost all action figures have minor dings/scratches to packaging.The item is new/sealed, but the packaging has extremely heavy wear. The box is barely intact, but it is together enough that I don\'t believe the action figure was ever removed from the box. The box is falling apart, but the figure looks unharmed. Please look at (zoom in) on all the pictures before buying. New/Sealed items cannot be returned once opened.
