  • The transmission has a 30 day return policy in the event of failure. The return policy does not include any additional labor or other costs associated with a defective transmission. The transmission must be installed by a certified mechanic and must have the fluid flushed before used. 
  • The transmission must be shipped to a business address with a loading dock or fork lift. If those requirements are not met, the freight will have additional charges for lift gate and/or residential delivery. 
  • The part was tested on the vehicle, and inspected prior to being listed in stock! Please see the pictures of the actual item you are purchasing!

  • International:

    We ship worldwide. Any import duties, taxes or other costs associated with international shipping are not included in the price of the item or the shipping charges. International shipping costs are calculated based on your location. An additional handling charge of $15.00 is applied to international shipments. We ship with USPS Priority Mail International. The actual handing time varies depending on location.

  Engines & Transmissions:

  The buyer has 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Both the original and the return shipping will be paid by the buyer. The engine and/or transmission must be in the original condition as listed in the photos. Any disassembly voids the guarantee.

  Guarantee is not valid on international purchases.

  We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee from the order date. To return an item please contact us for a return authorization. You will be refunded the cost of the part, less shipping and our 10% restocking fee. We are unable to accept any returns on parts listed as ‘Damaged’ or electronics.

  If a part is defective with in the 30 day guarantee, please contact us for return directions. The defective part can be returned for an exchange or refund. If you would like to exchange the part, we will ship the replacement part as soon as the original part is returned.
