PAYMENT TERMS
A $200 deposit will be due immediately upon sale close from the winning buyer, to be paid by PayPal. The deposit is your commitment to buy the machine, and is not refundable for any reason whatsoever. In turn, I will not sell the unit to anyone else, provided that you complete the balance payment within the specified period of time. The balance is due in full within 5 days of sale close, REGARDLESS of whether or not shipping / pickup has been arranged. If payment is not made in full within 5 days, I will terminate the sale agreement and resell this item. Payment of balance must be made in the form of cash, bank wire, or certified bank check, or approved for financing. Please note that funds must clear before I will release the item for pickup or shipping.Maryland residents will be subject to 6% state sales tax for this item.Out of state residents who are picking the machine up at my location will also be subject to 6% Maryland sales tax. You may pick this item up at our location in Frostburg, MD 21532 if you prefer, or we can provide shipping for you as well. Additionally, you may use your own carrier for shipping if you prefer. We can provide affordable shipping to your location. This item can be delivered to your door within 3-5 days in most cases. Generally, our shipping service is available at the rate of $2.25 per loaded mile (one way mileage charge), plus an additional $100 for deliveries less than 300 miles, plus toll charges if applicable.
