Shipping
1. We have 3 warehouses located in CA, IL and NY, and the item will be shipped from one of them, and only to ADDRESS. Packagehandling only takes 1 business day at our warehouse, so please make sureentering correct payment and shipping information before checking out. Onceyour payment is completed, pls inform us by Email or leave note if thechanges are needed before we send the product.
2. It is beyond our ability to change the addressafter we ship your item.

1. If the parcel isdelivered by UPS, pls open the package and check the item before you sign. And if theitem has problem and u don\'t want to keep it, pls deny the parcel directly and contact us.
2. If u encountersome problems about the item, don’t worry. Most of the issues may beresolved by supplying replacement parts or alternative. And pls ensure to sendus at least two images as proof: one is the packing and the other is the damagedunit.
3. If the product is damaged or doesn\'t work. Please contact us within 5 days and return it to uswithin 14 days since the delivery date.
4. If you needreturn, please check twice to confirm the item can\'t work and contact ourcustomer service representative to let us know the specific problem and send ussome pictures for confirmation. Then u can get a unique address for return.
