* REFUND AND NON-REFUND POLICIES:
+ In case, fish dies within first twenty-four (24) hour guarantee, fish-paradise will refund full amount of dead fish but fish-paradise will not refund shipping charge.
+ When shipment is delayed by carrier, fish-paradise will partials refund of the dead on arrival but fish-paradise will not refund on the shipping charge.
