We only ship the item to the Paypal Verified address that is sent to us at the time of checkout. Please verify the correct shipping address in your PayPal account before making your payment. If we ship your item to an old or invalid address and you are not able to locate the item, we are not responsible for shipping a replacement.

If you are located outside of the continental 48 United States, please email us in advance to see if the specific item ships to your location. Returns
We offer a 14-days Standard Return Policy on our orders.
If you need to return your product for any reason, you can arrange for this within 14 days of receiving it. To set up a return please call the toll-free phone number provided on your order receipt. If the item is damaged, we may request photos of the damage to expedite the process. Our customer service team will provide you with a return address and Return Authorization number within a few business days. Returned products must be in their original package and must be still be new and unused condition.
If you return your purchase you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to the warehouse. You will be refunded the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee to cover processing costs, when your return has been processed at the warehouse. Once the item has been return and inspected your return will be processed and completed.
