Six Mushroom Style Ceramic Wick Holders Bottle Candle TIKI Torch Mason Jar Lamp.

Each holder contains one approximately 3/16\" diameter X 12\" length fiberglasswick.

Dimensions (accurate with slight variations):

• Overall length is 1 1/4\".
• Tube length under the flange is 7/8\".
• Width of the flange (diameter across the top) is 1\".
• Outside diameter of the tube is 3/8\".
• Tube opening diameter is 1/4\".

Note that these are not stopper style wick holders and will have some \"play\" at the top of the bottle, depending on the diameter of the bottle opening.

Tips:

• Use approved brand-name lamp oil. The TIKI brand and OFF brand work well. Some of the discount store fuels are not suitable. It is possible to use liquid paraffin indoors (supposedly reduces smoke and soot).
• The holders will arrive with the holder approximately in the middle of the wick. Place holder \"upside down\" on your bottle containing fuel fwet the wick that is above the top of the holder. After a couple of minutes pull the wick back through the holder so approximately 1/8\" to 1/4\" of wick is visible above the top of holder. Place wick in bottle and wick holder on bottle - not \"upside down\" for use.
• Do not remove the wick from the holder. It is a tight fit and is it is difficult to re-wick.
• 1/8\" to 1/4\" of the wick exposed above the top of the holder will result in the best flame.
• Do not fill bottle to top with fuel but do keep fuel level at least 6\" from the top of the holder for best performance. Due to atmospheric pressure, etc. the wick will not \"wick\" the fuel farther than approximately 8\".
• Removing the black charred tip will produce a better flame.
• Use common sense!
