You are looking at a nice Biggs and Stratton blower housing and recoil. Cameoff of a horizontalshaft engine model number 080202 948153 6206201in nice shape. Spring still seems to be in good shape. If you let the rope go in too slow it will not quite retract all the way by about 4 inches but seems to retract fine if you let it go in a little faster. Might need to be lubricated a little or something.
