Up for sale for the savvy Rod Restoration Guys or Rebuilders and Collectors a large lot of Fishing Poles. Some Metal ,Some Fiberglass,Some Graphite. Sizes and makes vary depending on how you look at this lot there are over 35 Rods in this group possibly 40plus depending on what ones you look at and what way.There are some Old classic surf and Boat Rods Complete and craving Restoration ,There are some with classic wood handles, at least 35 are complete, there are rods(jigging rods as small as 2ft and surf rods as big as 10).Some St croix ,some garcia, flex n.y.c.Hawthorne. There is potential for someone to resurrect some of these old time classics,others need nothing and some are good for part for others. Many of these Rods are as old as 50 years or better most are over 35 and a couple straglers I threw in which are newer and ready to go. Many of these rods sat in my fathers attic for the last 35 years some need re wrapping but the actions ,styles and materials won\'t disappoint. I\'m starting the offerding at 50$ but thats a penny of what they are probably worth to a guy that knows more about them. The only real catch here is that someone that offers and wins them , will have to come and pick them up after the sale. I \'m not interested in breaking up this lot and i\'m not interested in trying to ship them unless the buyer can find a way to do that without major hassles. I just need to free up some space where we live and will use the extra cash towards some more modern stuff I can use.There really are a few great classics in this lot. I used a few of them about 20 years ago but many just sat aging in our attic. I\'m in the N.Y. area so anyone offerding and planning on picking them up should plan on living in relativeproximityto Dutchess County N.Y. So please understand this when offerding as I don\'t want someone to offer from far away and have no way to get the items from me. I\'ve shipped Rods before but nothing of this magnitude so , I wouldn\'t have a clue of how to go about it.
