We pack with care to ensure that your plants arrive as safely aspossible, but once the box leaves our possession, it is out of ourcontrol. Broken leaves and spilled soil will happen at times duringshipping, but this is normal and NOT considered severe damage.

Shipping is by USPS Priority Mail and is $10.50 for 1st plant and$1.00 per each additional plant.If the additional winter protection is not needed, we will refund $2.00.
