The is a great little doll
She is from the American Character Doll Co
I believe she is a \"bottletot baby\" one of her hands is cupped like she at one time had a small bottle to hold.
She has composition head with faded paint color, molded painted hair with some paint rubbed off, tin eyes that work well, open mouth.
Her arms are composition and move up and down, the paint of her arms is very faded and very pale.
Her body is cloth in good condition, there is a crier but it doesn\'t work.
Her legs are also cloth and jointed.
She comes wearing her cloth diaper, a satin-like yellow slip that I\'m not sure is original, a white slip with some loose hemming that I think is original, and a white gown that fits well but has some staining and holes and I assume is also original, and her bonnet.
She has her original socks and slippers. Slippers have some loose hems and one appears to of maybe been re-sewn (different color thread).
She has a hand written note with some info on her that will be included in the sale.
I believe this doll to be from 1923 and is in great shape for her age.
Minimal cracks and very small amounts of crazing and minor paint rub. Measures approx. 13.5 inches.
