This is an antique spirit light-heater that was made by M D Amsco, New York, NY - USA in the early 1900\'s. I was told it was carried by travelers & when they wanted a light they would pour some of the fluid from the bottle into the top pan & light it. It looks like a nickle finish over metal & measures 2\" x 1\" x 2 3/4\".
