Antique victorian baby carriage originally. Now I would use it for large dolls. The name of the carriage is the \"Kensington\" Pat\'d. July 5th, 1875. It was made by S.Charles Bros. 11-10 B\'way. N.Y. It measures 37 1/2\" long, including the handle it measures 51\" long. It is 24 1/2\" wide, and 35\" tall. The body is wicker. The bottom is wood. The wheels are wood with metal bands around the edges. The four center caps of the wheels are brass. The handle is wood with brass finial ends. There is a wood plaque on each end of the carriage to attach an umbrella on either top or bottom. An oval plaque with the name of the carriage is mounted on either end. There are two metal rings on each side of the wicker edge to hold a cover or blanket with clips. There are no breaks to the wicker. The carriage is solid and great condition.
