Here we have an early ~ BING VERTICAL LIVE STEAM ENGINE TOY ~. This early electric model is being sold as found for parts or restoration out of an estate. It measures 14 inches tall with a 5 inch cast iron base. It was found in a box with some other toys so I took all the little screws and parts thinking that some may go with the steam engine?. As you will see it appears to be missing some parts and has a split in the one center band. It does really have a great look though. It appears to be from the very early 1900\'s era and was probably a pretty expensive toy when purchased new a long time ago.
