You are viewing an antique cape for a child. I believe it is from the Victorian era. It is done in a heavy fabric that feels like velvet and is fully lined. There are large hook and eye closures - the top one is intact, the other 2 are each missing either a hook or an eye. The circumference of the neck measures 15\" and the length of the cape is 10 and 1/2\". The condition is very good; there is some wear to the edges of the fabric.
