Measuringabout 29½\" x 17¾\", including the decorative wooden frame, this is very surrealistic print of awoman p;laying a very French baroque piano, while a host of cherubim hover and dance around, one of them turning the pages of the sheet music, three others dancing on the floor, others playing instruments, including a vilin and a tambourine. I don\'t see a signature anywhere, but my guess at its age would be the 1920\'s. The printed area itself measures about 25¼\" x 13½\". The frame, I believe, used to be more gilded than it currently is, and a large section of the backing board is missing. The print itself is in generally excellent condition, but I see a coupleof areas where the paper looks to be superficially scuffed from sticking to the glass.Because we\'d prefer not to get involved in crating this item for shipping, we are advertising it as \"local pickup only\", and we are located in Cornish, Maine. However, if you really want it shipped to distant parts, then e-mail us and we\'ll see what we can negotiate, but it would have to be a \"pack and ship\" deal, preferably with doorstep pickup. We would also, of course, entertain requests for delivery - subject to a mileage reimbursement - within a reasonable radius. A 100-mile radius, for instance, puts us close to Boston or Worcester, Massachusetts. Delivery anywhere in Maine is a flat $50.00.
