Antique French Single Wood Bed Hand Painted Green Floral Bouquet Shell & Scroll. Headboard is 51.5\" tall by 41.5\" wide. The headboard has slots for a hollywood bed frame. The slots are 39.75\" apart and 5.5\" tall. The footboard is 41\" wide by 31.5\" tall and about 7.5\" deep at the curved ends. There are 2 spots on either side to rest a box spring and mattress. This is such a lovely old hand painted solid wood bed. Just perfect for a small bedroom. The decorative wood trim is hand carved featuring shells, scroll and beaded edges. The paint is a little chippy here and there. There are gold accents present as well. The footboard might have had finials on the four knobs, not sure. As shown.
