This is an antique violin from Helmke. It says Germany Engineering and has a serial number of 11 inside the instrument. It measures approximately 22 inch long. The overall condition of the violin is nice. There is one small nick on the inner point of the body ( see pics). It comes with a modern carrying case that is fleece lined. It has a rosin pocket on the inside and a small pocket on the outside. It has a carrying handle and shoulder straps. The bow is very complete. It has a couple of loose hairs and needs to be rosined. I have put new strings on it for the picture. It needs to be tuned. This ad comes with an extra set of strings. Great beginner violin or a possible collectors item.
