This is an original, antique Snow White. She was made by Knickerbocker Toy Company in New York circa 1930s. She stands 15 inches tall. She is made of painted composition with string jointing. She has an attached mohair/human? hair wig of raven black. She has brown tin sleep eyes. She is marked on the back. She has some loss of paint at the joints and fingertips. There is minor crazing. The doll has her original brown and yellow velvet and satin dress and cape. She has knit socks and oilcloth shoes. There is a net half slip that is pinned on the doll as the elastic is shot. A pair of lace trimmed pantaloons. She comes with a stand. She has her 7 dwarves in tow. The dwarfts are not original nor are they antique. They are vintage and in their original box and made of rubber/plastic. This Snow White\'s face sculpt is the most similar I have seen to the original Disney movie. She has round eyes with dark shadows around the eyes. Attached brown lashes with additional painted lower lashes. I have seen other versions but I love this close to the Disney original movie character the best. This doll is listed elsewhere and I will remove this listing if sold otherwise.
