Offered is a very nice pair of Pat\'d 1877 August Buermann spurs. These are un-marked, but classic Buermann all the way as it is a known and cataloged pattern. These were very popular with Western cowboys, and these exact spurs are found in many early California images of cowboys wearing their spurs. These are nice and big and attractive! 6.5\" total length with 3\" rowels, and 2.25\" drop shanks. Heel opening is 3\". Original early 1900\'s floral pattern straps that are still supple and also original heel chains and jingle bobs. Very fine stamping and tooling on the heel bands. Attractive, classy looking spurs that you could still ride. Great Californio and vaquero collectible.
